						High Performance Bi-Metal Hole Saws
Variable tooth design (4/6 teeth per inch), with 10° inclination allows: Faster and more aggressive cuts. Heat dispersion during cutting for less tooth wear. Special tooth design, less tendency for clamping on thinner materials. Special tooth design reduces the tendency to seize. Requires less pressure-This is achieved through a combination of aggressive tooth geometry and good chip ejection.
Tooth composition. Matrix II steel composition that contains 8% cobalt which allows the teeth to remain intact even in the heaviest applications. Bi-Metallic Construction-steel teeth are laser welded to an alloy steel body. The teeth are hardened to 65 HRC metal at a temperature of 600°C for maximum durability. Because of the high wear resistance of Matrix II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting materials such as stainless steel and soft materials such as wood.
Robust core with a thickness of 1.27 mm provides the right compromise between rigidity and elasticity during application. Cutting depth 41 mm.
Backplate. The steel bottom has a thickness of 5 mm, this feature greatly reduces vibration and prevents the hole saw from expanding. Excellent concentricity, it ensures very good performance especially for larger diameters.
Large side access area for fast and easy material removal.
Thanks to their sturdy construction and perfect rotation, these holesaws are suitable not only with cordless and corded tools, but can sometimes be used with stationary equipment.
This range of high-quality hole saws are the perfect solution for cutting all types of materials: Steel up to 1000 N/mm2, Stainless Steel and Acid Resistant Steel, NONferrous Materials, Cast Iron, Aluminum, Wood, MDF, Gypsum Board, Sandwich, PVC.
