Terms of purchase “ON LINE”

General terms of contract (shown in the following pages: terms of purchase, payment, withdrawal & privacy, warranty), are applicable to all offers on this website (www.oreb.com) company OREB SRL, fVia Romualdo, 8, 70043 Monopoli (BA)) with game I.V.A. 00937560720. By making the purchase, the buyer acknowledges the effectiveness and applicability of these general conditions by accepting them WITHOUT RESERVE (so making the entire agreement between the parties). The customer undertakes and obliges, once the “on-line” purchasing procedure is completed, to provide for the printing and preservation of the general conditions contained in the various pages of the site that, moreover, will have already viewed and accepted as a necessary step in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the product object of the purchase, and this in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Articles 52 and 53 of the D.Lgs. 206/05.

Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes OREB SRL to terminate the contract for failure to fulfill the buyer. OREB SRL reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of consumers all. The Customer raises the company OREB SRL from all liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors related to the data provided by the Customer, being the sole Customer responsible for the correct insertion.

Product prices can vary continuously, as a result of constant changes in market conditions, and our acquisition, management, transportation, logistics, etc In the event of a product’s price error, the order of this will not be processed and will be cancelled accordingly.
